Materials: Purefilteredseawaterwithphytoplankton Flask Nutrientsandiron Cottonball LightSource 3300lpipettes Microscopesandmicroscopeslides Spectrophotometer Wepoured100mlofpurefilteredintheflask,thenweaddedanequalamountofnitrate, phosphate,andirontotheflask.Nextweaddedthealgalculture(5ml).Weplacedtheflask underneathalightsource.Everydaywerecordedtheconcentrationsofthephytoplanktonwitha spectrophotometerandcountedthemwithamicroscope.
