Reminder: 1. Players must bring own water bottle. ISB will provide water, but not cups. 2. Rosters MUST be submitted to TD at start of tournament. It should include date of birth. 3. 3000 baht entry should be paid to TD at start of tournament. 4. It is expected that all teams play all of their games and do not leave early 5. Ball Size and Basket Height

Tournament Game Clocks - U13 & U15 Four quarters 8 minute running clock / - 1 min stop clock for the first 3 periods and 2 min. stop clock in the last quarter. Clock stops at shooting fouls and timeouts. - Maximum number of games allowed to be played by each individual team on any one day of the tournament is 4 games. - Tournament director will decide tournament times dependent on teams and venues. - FIBA Rules apply to tie breakers (pool games do not have draws in game.) Participation Rules U13-U19 - there are no participation rules. Roster Size U11-U19 Rosters must include no more than 12 players and a minimum of 8 players. Rosters must be submitted along with birth dates. Defense U15 Full court defense is allowed.
