Election Day BAKE SALE

Orchestra Fundraiser
The MHS Orchestra will be having a bake sale on Election Day, November 5th, 2013 from 7AM to 1PM at McLean High School. Polling will take place in the cafeteria of McLean High School, and the bake sale table will be set up outdoors near the Rock around the rear entrance of the school.

All orchestra students must bring at least one baked good or other snack food to sell at the Orchestras Election Day Bake Sale! All foods should be individually wrapped in Saran wrap, cellophane, or foil in order to be sold to customers. PLEASE LABEL ITEMS THAT CONTAIN NUTS. Bring your non-perishable food items to the orchestra room anytime on Monday, November 4th from 7AM-3PM OR bring freshly baked goods to the Rock on Tuesday, November 5th at 6:30AM. We also need at least 5 student volunteers and 2 parent volunteers to run the Bake Sale table on Election Day. We will have three shifts available for people to sign-up for 7AM-9AM, 9AM11AM, and 11AM-1PM. Please see the sign-up sheet posted on Miss. Smiths door, or email her if you are available to volunteer.
