Power flows from the EXECUTOR (JUDGE) through the presumed TRUSTEE (JOHN) for the benefit of THE STATE (the beneficiary). The Lawyer for the defense has not properly contracted you with the court - whether he knows it or not. Lawyers are trained to obey the Judge as though he were King of the Court. Lawyers operate on the presumption that the Judge is the Executor and Administrator of JOHNs trust estate. Lawyers allow the court to proceed on the false presumption that the Judge is the Executor and Administrator of JOHNs estate and that the State is the Beneficiary of JOHNs trust, instead of JOHN; and that JOHN is a Trustee who must take orders from the state. As the presumed trustee, JOHN is liable for his lawyers actions in the case, instead of his lawyer, himself. His Lawyer has no commitment to JOHN. His oath is to the BAR - as the British agent of the Crown that he is.

Power flows from the EXECUTOR (JOHN) through his public TRUSTEES (THE STATE) for the benefit of John (the beneficiary). His defense lawyer never tells John that he swore a prior oath to the Court and the British Crown. ENFORCEMENT The SHERIFF is the highest authority in his County. It is his sworn duty to make sure that the States trustees do their Jobs as they are ordered by their Constituents to do. The SHERIFF should hold the Trustees (of your trust estate) to account. If they dont do what you order them to do, they are in breach of trust because you are the Executor of your trust estate. You are The One to execute your trust. Contracts make the law. Trust Law is the highest law there is. Trust Law = Gods Law = The Trinity. They cannot violate Trust Law. So rebut their presumptions with the truth.
