EXAMINATION DEPARTMENT NOTICE

Filling Exam. Form and depositing the fee of B.Tech V and VII Semester (MAIN & BACK) Exam Dec. 2013 (Batch : 2011-15 & 2010-2014)
All the students of Batch: 2010-14 & 2011-2015 are informed to deposit their RTU examination fees to the Account Office on or before 11,Nov. 2013 (Monday). An amount of Rs.30/- (Late Fine) per day would be charged, after 11,Nov.2013 (Monday) till 14,Nov. 2013 (Thursday).The late fine for 15 & 16 Nov. is equal to the original exam fee (i.e.Total = two times of original fee) and on 18 Nov. it is double of exam fee (i.e.Total = exam fee +double of exam fee).No request would be entertained after 18,Nov.2013. Students are advised to go through following process for filling the examination form:1. Collect the examination form from your Branch HOD by showing college ID Card. 2. Check your own photograph & all entries of exam. forms like Name, Roll No., Subject Name with codes, Mobile No. & Address etc. for any wrong entries college would not be responsible. 3. Deposit the necessary fee BACK : @ Rs. 300/- for one subject, @ Rs. 600/- for two subjects and three or more theory subjects of Rs. 850/-. MAIN : @Rs. 850/- to accounts deptt. 4. Fill the Challan No. (i.e. Receipt No. of fee slip), Date of payment receipt and Amount paid in the examination form before submitting the same. 5. Submit the exam form to Exam Cell after depositing the fee by showing your College ID Card. FOR SESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT 1.The sessional improvement test (MTT) will be conducted on the same day of RTU Exam. From 2.00pm to 3.00pm. 2. After the submission of fees at accounts office, the students are required to report the examination cell for registration, failing which he/she won't be allowed to appear in sessional improvement exams. 3. The fee of amount Rs. 60/- per subject is to be deposited for sessional improvement exams. Upto 14,Nov. 2013 (Thursday). 4. For sessional improvements, a late fine of Rs. 30/- per day will be charged after last date till 19.11.2013. No fee will be entertained after 19.11.2013. Controller of Examinations
