AbstractIn this paper some of the terms of the reliability theory

are used to calculate reliability of power supply of the helicopter
Aerospatiale Gazelle SA-341/342. For this purpose specialised
software Weibull++ 7 is used together with the data about power
supply taken from serverice books of the mentioned aircraft.
Results are calculated and analysed according to real failure
data, collected at a helicopter service. A criteria is defined in this
paper, according to which mentioned terms are estimated in
terms of how suitable are to be used in this field.
