AT&T AND THE CHICAGO BULLS TEAM UP TO FIGHT TEXTING AND DRIVING
Fans Can Win Tickets and Chance To Play Basketball at United Center Through AT&Ts Why I Pledge Contest
CHICAGO, OCT. 31, 2013 AT&T* and the Chicago Bulls are teaming up this season to promote the It Can Wait campaign and spread awareness about the dangers of texting and driving. From Thursday, October 31, through Wednesday, November 27, Chicago Bulls fans can enter AT&Ts Why I Pledge contest through the website www.whyipledge.com/bball to submit personal stories about their decision to never text while driving. Winners will be announced on Friday, November 29. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges and submissions will be judged on originality, emotional impact and creativity. Were pleased that the Chicago Bulls have joined our campaign to help spread the message that texting and driving is dangerous, said AT&T Illinois Vice President and General Manager Dave Fine. We want Chicago Bulls fans to take the pledge to never text and drive and to take that pledge seriously as they drive to the United Center to watch the games. No text is worth dying for. The It Can Wait campaign offers an important message, and the Chicago Bulls proudly join AT&T in making our fans and drivers everywhere aware of the dangers of texting and driving, said Chicago Bulls President and COO Michael Reinsdorf.

The contest has two prize levels: the grand prize level will award one (1) winner, plus a guest, an opportunity to play basketball at the United Center, coached by Bulls alumni, a premium buffet dinner, passes to a pre-game shoot around and two (2) tickets to a 2013-14 game; first prize level will award nine (9) winners two (2) tickets each to a Lower Level Suite that will include food and beverages, a $25 Bulls merchandise item per person and alumni appearance.
