Arenas vs Raymundo Estanislaua Arenas was owner and proprietor of the subject jewelry said jewelry was delivered

to Elena de Vega to sell on commission, who in turn d elivered it to sub-agent Concepcion Perello Perello, however, pledged the jewelry to Raymundo's pawnshop in tondo; appropria ted the money for her own use Perello was later prosecuted and convicted of estafa Arenas asked that Raymundo make a restitution of jewelry and to pay the costs writ of seizure was issued and sheriff successfully held it in his possession wi thin the 5 days required by law 5 days elapsed but defendant wasnt able to give a bond so the sheriff delivered the jewelry to plaintiff
