US Marine Corporal Jason Dunham was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for great bravery In Iraq. As he was on his way to provide fire support to their Battalion Commander's convoy which had been ambushed on its way to Camp Husaybah. A grenade was thrown in the encounter and with a selfless act Dunham covered the grenade with his helmet and body. In the act he died but he saved 2-3 other soldiers.
