A. Process Category See Business Process Report. B. CT See Section on CT Tree. Items which are Critical to Satisfaction (CTQ, CTC, CTD). C. Measure The metric used to measure the CTQ, CTC, CTD. D. Target The targeted improvement in the CT metric.

Application Cookbook

1. Enter CT data against each process category. 2. Enter Baseline and Target Values for process characteristics. 3. Enter summary of data on applicable projects. (Source of information is desired from the Project Data Reports kept on each project in PET/MET.) Note: In addition to reporting the status of launch projects, lists are generated of potential projects which are revised against these reports to assess their value. Other tools are available to assist project selection depending upon the chosen strategy. Process FMEA is recommended when reviewing large process architecture.
