Tender ID: (01/VG2015) Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 15th July, 2013 Venue : Industrial Extension Bureau (iNDEXTb), Gandhinagar The pre-bid meeting with the prospective bidding agencies was organized at 16:00 hrs in the Conference Room, Industrial Extension Bureau, Udyog Bhavan, Gandhinagar. Subsequent to the meeting and discussion there in, the there are changes necessary to be carried out in the document with Tender ID and Subject mentioned above, and to that effect following corrigendum is issued after the necessary approval of the authority. Corrigendum Page # 4, Clause 2.2 Visitors Fees It is clarified that the mechanism for having business hours and charging of the visitors fees may be discussed and finalized mutually later on. Page # 8, Clause 5.1.vii-c Complementary space to iNDEXTb It is to be now read as 5000 sq. mt of space within air conditioned dome would be provided to iNDEXTb free of cost during Vibrant Gujarat Mega Exhibition 2015. The successful agency would also arrange to provide / supply necessary electrification, octonorm systems, standard furniture, etc. required to populate the dome on approved / special charges. Page # 8, Clause 5.1.vx Provision for Water Supply at Venue It is to be now read as Provision and managing of necessary toilet blocks (constructed / temporary / mobile), first aid counters, security cabins, information booths, registration counters, help desk, announcement centers, etc. Necessary approvals for water connection and drainage would be taken by iNDEXTb. Page # 9, Clause 5.1.xxii Early Possession Possession would be made available as mentioned in the clause. Additional Clarifications to the tender: 1. No Compensations would be paid by iNDEXTb for the period (1st October 2014 to 28th February 28, 2015 i.e the period mentioned in the tender during which infrastructure would be up and in use for organizing exhibition(s).
