Albrook Riding Club CZHA
Albrook Riding Club was located at the back gate of Albrook Air Force Base. The main barn was about 30 stalls in two wings, either side of a short breezeway which contained the phone, bulletin board and conveniences.
Shinto in the breezeway at Albrook Across from the aisle was the wash rack and a large storage barn that had the restrooms and dressing rooms and water trough - plus off to the side of this was a smaller barn of about 8 outdoor stalls.

water trough On the opposite side of the main barn was a spacious arena, warmup area and a large field where they often held hunter and trail classes.
Announcers booth The covered grandstand and large ring sat below a modern announcers booth. A permanent concession stand stood at one of the arena by the entrance and the highway.

Kathy Kessell on Deseo ( note that the holes in the walls of the stalls were closed in after a time) Two large pastures with mature trees all round completed this lovely (appx) 30 Acre facility.
