The facts supporting this belief are as follows: I was advised that J.P. was parking his vehicle when he was approached by Lorenzo Milton, who pointed a handgun at him and demanded his property, at which time J.P. rolled up the window, and Milton fired one shot through the car window, causing J.P.s death. Lorenzo Milton was identified by a witness as the shooter, and he made inculpatory admissions to others.
