HR report

Description:
Moving-Car is a rental agency for cars without the need of a driving license. Its a very young company : it has been created in 2008. The company is divided into twenty-two centers in France and one agency in Lille. The main difference between a center and an agency is that people can rent more categories of cars (like lux or fun) in the agency. The activity of Moving-Car is based on people who cant drive because they dont have they driving-license or because they lost it. MovingCar is a part of Mobivia Group (formerly Norauto Group) at 65%, the rest is the property of Isral De Brito, the Managing-director of the company.

Management :
The Managing-Director is like a father for the company; he is very fatherly with the employees and always tries to involve them into the its history and future. The management is directive but the directors dont want it to appear and say that the employees can do as they want, until the work is done. But in fact, instructions are given concerning the way to do the task.

Recruitment policy :
Moving-Car is in relation with the association Papillons Blancs to allow people who are mental defectives to work; they are in relation with Pole Emploi too. The directors favor experience to diplomas and are really aware about the persons traits, because they want to have a dynamic team with enterprising employees who are involved in the evolution of the company. They have to fire just one person since the beginning of the company and it was for a malpractice, it has been done according to the law.

Promotion policy - Perks/fringe benefits - In house training :

As Moving-Car is a very young and small company with just nine employees, they didnt promote anyone since the creation. The employees know it when they are hired, but the team is really small and the company grows quickly, so they get more responsibilities by the time. There is no perks but one fringe benefit : the company cars. The two directors have a car because they are not so often in the agency and are most of the time on the road. Finally, there is no in house training for the same reasons, the company is too small and too young; but this is a subject who becomes more and more important in the company, so they are considering the problem more wisely.
