Presentation Content Present a PowerPoint Presentation on the layout of an Excel Spreadsheet and its components.

Review of handout, What is Excel? MS Excel YouTube videos will also be presented to the class. Students will be introduced to Google Drive. Google Drive will be used, on occasion, to create spreadsheets and presentations. By using this program, students can keep all their projects in one place and share their work with their classmates and teacher. If students are working in groups, they can create and work on their projects together at the same time and see changes as they appear. Instructor will evaluate students work and make comments in "real time". Students will be required to take a few minutes of their own personal time to have a look at the Google Drive Website and sign up. If they have any questions, they can ask them the next day in class. Students will also be required to complete an Excel Pre-Course Questionnaire Form. Present a PowerPoint Presentation on the lab activity. Teacher will hand out lab activity sheet and scoring rubric. Students will work on required lab activity. Instructor will monitor student progress by verifying the assigned work has been successfully completed. Time 20 mins
