Artifact Reflection
I am reflecting on an artifact from my MAT 723 Action Research in Effective Classroom
Environments class. I took this course over the summer and implemented these strategies to my
student when the school year started. This artifact is the goal sheet I distributed to all of my students
at the beginning of the chapter. The students set a chapter goal and a student action plan. This goal
sheet will directly show individual student performances. This will give the student a chance to
directly see how they are doing during the chapter. It will also give the student a chance to see their
progress and determine if they are reaching their goal or not. I will have the student track individual
objectives and how they perform on objective question on the test.
