Nada Albarbari ID 120066828 Orderly Classroom and Learners Motivation Motivating students is a vital challenges teachers face.

Though it might be not easy to have control over external factors that affect our students performance and level of engagement, we do play the key role in establishing the positive classroom to arouse our students motivation. Building a successful classroom climate with a constructive environment is one of the most significant classroom management strategies An orderly classroom where teachers expectations and standards of individual manners and achievement are high and clearly understood by everyone is one very important key factor for a well organized educational framework and motivated learners. The physically organized environment also matters. In a well-disciplined class, Students adhere to class routines without complaining. When teachers post class rules, expectations, and notices of future activities in opportune places, and give clear written and verbal instructions, sequentially they help students to stay on task, organize their daily chores, understand their responsibilities, as well as having clear goals. With many other aspects that affect students enthusiasm, teachers will tap into two main types of motivation: intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation is when the student pursues learning because it is personally rewarding while extrinsic motivation occurs when we are motivated to achieve in order to earn a reward or avoid a penalty. For the teacher who is trying to balance between a curriculum that should be followed and a desire to make learning enjoyable and attractive, a system of both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is needed. The teacher must help students to develop self-efficacy showing them the correlation between hard work and achievement. It is true that motivation is a challenging task for teachers, but the prizes of having students who are motivated and keen to learn make this hard task worth the endeavor.
