Dear Madam, HOLDING THE JOB OFFER FOR THE TIME BEING Referring to the above matter, I Kumaresan S/O Maniam would like to hold the job offer for the time being. As I mentioned before, I am troubling with my physical condition (injury at finger) and I have to continue with my studies in full time basis for the moment. 2. This is because I got to repeat some subjects which I left out throughout my medical leave. Moreover, to complete the leftover term I have to attend classes in the evening. So, Im unable to work at the time offered by administration. 3. For the admins attention, I would like emphasis here that Im interested in joining the job after Im fully settled with my studies. I hope admin will consider about my situation for the moment and offer me the job after I overcome all the obstacles. Thank you for your kind consideration and cooperation.
