    STAGGER FOR 400M TRACK

    FULL STAGGER 1.Full finishing line. HALF STAGGER 1.One curved, can enter cut in line.2.Runners will accordingly follow their lane. ONE AND HALF STAGGER 1.Finishing at half stagger.2. 800m Can either start at half stagger or mass start. (For two hits) 4 X 200m 1strunner = at one and half stagger. 2Nd runner = full stagger mark 3rd runner = at half stagger (cut in after one curved) 4thrunner = follow the starting list. 4 x 400m 1strunner = at one and half stagger\ 2ndrunner = at half stagger (cut in after one full curved) 3rd and 4th runner = follow the turn of runners
