Pedicle Graft:
A soft tissue graft that is rotated or otherwise repositioned to correct an adjacent defect. The base of the graft remains attached to the donor site to maintain the blood supply

Indications
To widen an inadequate zone of attached gingiva To repair an isolated area of gingival recession The prospective donor site lacks sufficient attached gingiva

Contraindications

The donor site has a fenestration or dehiscence of its supporting bone
