I am writing to highlight and recommend Mallory Morrow based on several well-established character traits that I have observed first hand through knowing her and being a mentor. I am honored to know Mallory on a deeper level since we have begun to meet personally for a book study. Over the complete time period that I have known Mallory, since 2009, she has exemplified elevating herself to a higher standard by exhibiting qualities such as the following: a hard-work ethic, compassionate personality and genuine attitude. These qualities are displayed through examples such as her working in and maintaining a full time job while also working towards completing her high school education; also, she shows her genuineness through her interactions with other adults, young and older. I have been a youth leader for nearly 3 years working with and encouraging junior high and high school teenagers to live a life above the standards of our society. Throughout my experience, Mallory is one of those rare teenagers you hope to encounter that is willing to be teachable, as well as practice being a positive change agent amidst her generation. In addition to the aforementioned qualities, Mallory also has excellent active listening and comprehending skills. In conversation, she is attentive and focused and able to respond intelligently which shows her level of aptitude. In closing, I personally and highly recommend Mallory as a model student, worker, friend and overall human being. She will be a benefit to anyone she is around and always bring a friendly smile to the task at hand. Thank you for allowing me to recommend Mallory Morrow.
