Ice Cream Social Deca Month
Ice Cream Social Deca Month
I loved getting to know the DECA community through the ice cream social; the Ice cream was great and I had a lot of fun socializing. Jasmine Liu, sophomore public forum debater, connoisseur of fine foods. It was great to be able to experience the ways DECA can influence our community. After thirty minutes, we were able to serve over two hundred students and we created an environment where students could socialize and have fun over yummy vanilla ice cream. It was a great way to let students have fun while getting to know DECA. Shannon Hong, sophomore Co-Director of PR DECA, FPS, JSA. It was great to be able to have ice cream in the hot weather. Its great that DECA is making an impact in our community. Sanjana Kaundinya, junior, varsity swimmer. The primary purpose of the social was to create an environment where people can eat and have fun. I had a great time serving our community it actually required significant effort to the scoop ice cream. Michael Zhao, sophomore president, treasurer DECA. The ice cream social was a great marketing tool for DECA, but I feel that they should have more toppings. Marshmallows are great! Ashi Gautam, sophomore opinion editor Harker Aquila.
