Vincent Willem Van Gogh

Vincent Van Gogh was born th on the 30 of March 1853. He died a young man at the age th of 37. He died on the 29 of July 1890.

Vincent Van Gogh lived in France but was born in the Netherlands. He also died in France!

 He got an award named after him which is The Vincent van Gogh Biennial Award for Contemporary Art in Europe. Self-portrait Without Beard, from late September 1889, is one of the most expensive paintings of all time, selling for $71.5 million in 1998 in New York Didnt win any awards!

 He shot himself and died. Vincent Van Gogh was a watercolour painter who died at the age of 37. In over a decade he produced 2100 paintings including 860 oil paintings and more than 1300 watercolour paintings
