Agent, friend, relative) to act on their behalf during the qualification assessment process. This authorisation is
necessary under Australian Privacy Legislation.
Completion of this form by the applicant provides the Agent with the Authority to:
Lodge the application on the applicants behalf
Deal with Engineers Australia on aspects of the application
Receive the final assessment outcome letter
Once an applicant has appointed an Agent, then all contact with Engineers Australia MUST be made via the Agent.
