Mars One Attracts Global Attention

Mars Onea controversial project that aims to send humans on a one-way trip to the Red Planet by 2023has interested 202.586 people from more than 140 countries. The majority of applicants (47.654) come from the US. India (20.747) and China (13.176) are at the second and third place. The candidates will undergo mental and physical challenges in teams. They will compete each other until 24 to 40 candidates are left in 2015.
