    Do you like the work itself? Is the job is challenging or interesting? Can you work your prospective boss? Does your boss strike you as the sort of person you can bear? If you felt uncomfortable in interview for only an hour by your prospective boss, how would you feel about working together for several years? Can you socialize with prospective colleagues? Do you understand the politics of the organization? Are you comfortable with the companys culture? Do you understand your future prospects in the company?
