(max 100 words) If we are talking about the differences, actually the meaning is that; nation is a group of people that consist of states, usually it has variety of cultures in it. State is refers to a patch of land with a sovereign government, so they have the leader its self. 2. Why a state needs other states recognition? How does it affect that state directly? (max 150 words) In a nation, there is more than one state inside, which they formed as one. State needs other states, so they can cooperate, and make them stronger. So they can prove they are worthed. 3. Explain the characteristics of nationalism (patriotic). (max 100 words) Nationalism is the spirit that really supporting its country, it refers to political thoughts. Its kind of a devotion to the interests or culture of ones nation. 4. Explain the application of nationalism spirit in daily life. (minimum 100 words) A quote says that The belief that nations will benefit from acting independently rather than collectively, emphasizing national rather than international goals. Here in Indonesia, we have the many rules called undang-undang, which formed Indonesia as a country. It was made in 1945 since the Merdeka of Indonesia. The rules are still applied until now. There are some people that really obey the rules, which shows nationalism. They really care to its country. Some people show their nationalism by marching to demonstrate their understanding towards its society. For my opinion, its good to have demonstration like that, because they can show our opinion to the government.
