    This study evaluated the sensitivity and specificity of urinary cytology for diagnosing bladder tumors by comparing cytology results from 107 patients to biopsy findings. Urinary cytology showed 83.63% sensitivity and 71.15% specificity in detecting bladder cancer compared to biopsy. The study concluded that urinary cytology is a useful noninvasive diagnostic tool for bladder cancer with high sensitivity and specificity.
