Sharepoint 2013 moving site collection content database between farms

I am using sharepoint 2013 and I wanted to move a site collection database to another farm. I restore the content data base of site collection and restore it on destination farm. Then after "Test-SPContentDatabase" i mount the database with newly created webapplication.

This was the result after executing "Mount-SPContentDatabase". executing In CA i got thete two database against the weba pplication. The second one the mounted one.

Problem is site is still not using the new database. No content, no master page, nothing. Is there any further step? did i miss any step? Any help would be really appreciated.

Answer:
When you say the site is not using the new database, do you mean that there was an existing site in the old database when you attached the new one? If so, then the site is still using the original database. When you attach a database there should be no corresponding site collection at the relative address in the existing Web Application. For example, lets say I want to move a sitehttp://oldSite/ to http://newSite/ in a new farm. to do that you should create then new Web Application in the new Farm at http://newSite/ but don't create any site collection in the root. Then attach the database from http://oldSite/. After that the content from http://oldSite should show up in http://newSite. From the image above it looks like you are trying to move an existing root site into a web application that already has a root site. That won't work.
