Lower DePauls Tuition

Dear DePaul Students, Do you fear the future of being financially stable? Do you wonder if youll get the same education somewhere else for less pay? Do you want to stay at DePaul, but might have to because of finances? DePaul University is a prestigious school to attend. However, it is also very expensive. DePauls tuition goes from $33,390 to $34,440, depending on what college you attend. However, students are paying for things that some students arent even aware of. Students are paying for 18 credit-hours per quarter, but are influenced by advisors to only take 16 credit-hours per quarter. Were you aware of that? Students tuition also includes the fitness center. Students are putting money into this building. Were you aware of that? What if you dont want to go to the fitness center? Should you still have to pay? DePaul is ranked #121 in the nation for all universities and colleges, according to www.usnews.com. DePaul also shares this ranking with Colorado State University (Tuition: $9,313 [$24,166 if out-of-state]) in Fort Collins, CO, Duquesne University (Tuition: $31,385) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Temple University (Tuition: $14,340 [$24,710 if out-of-state]) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and University of Utah (Tuition: $7,534 [$24,018 if out-of-state]) in Salt Lake City, Utah. If these schools share the same ranking as DePaul and tuition is much lower, then why are we paying so much? What makes their education strategies different if its the same ranking?
