How to make kpof, kpof

Ingredients 250g of Plain Flour 2 level teaspoons of yeast (the one used in baking bread) 1 level teaspoon of ground nutmeg Sugar to taste a pinches of salt Lukewarm water (for mixing) Vegetable Oil (for frying) Instructions: 1. Add all dry dry ingredients to a bowl and mix (except for yeast and set aside) 2. Add yeast to water until you see bubbles. 3. Now add water to your dry ingredient in increments, stirring/mixing as you go along. It should have a stretchy, elastic, cake batter consistency (mix thoroughly). 4. Cover with dry towel or napkin and put in an unheated oven to rise for 3 hours for the batter to rise 5. Pre-heat oil in a deep fryer. 6. Use hands or a rounded spoon to scoop mixture into oil 7. Test oil temperature by dropping in a spoonful of batter. Once it turns dark golden brown, its hot enough. Scoop more and fry 8. Once underside turns dark golden brown, flip it (1-2 mins per side)
