The attitude of English Languages teachers towards the use of technology

Education is constantly changing, so, it is necessary for teachers and students being update, talking about technology, if not they may be inundated and it could be a huge problem in a near future when students need face to technology they might fail in the use of technology. Through the observation we could realize that at the institution Escuela Nacional Republica de Panama located in San Salvador, English teacher is not using t he correct instruments or technology in order to teach his English class, and when people talk about technology with he, his answers are topics like: it is not necessary use technology here, or if we use technology students might stole the instruments that is not the correct way how teachers have to think in order to provide a better education service at the institutions, so starting from this problem we can make a question and it is: How could be the attitude of English teachers towards technology?. Also we can make a general objective: Analyze the different attitudes that English teacher shows to he/she students at the moment of teach the class, to provide some tips or advices to them in order to give an understandable and enjoyable class, using technology, instead of the use of boring charts or the white/black board.
