Muscle contraction provides people with flexibility and movment. Within the sarcomere, myosin slides along actin to contract the muscle fiber in a process that requires ATP. Scientists have identified many molecules involved in muscle contractions, including calcium, troponin, and tropomyosin

1. Muscular contraction by striped muscles is under voluntary control. The final center is cerebral hemisphere. Multiple organs are controlled from that center. 2. Milk also has phosphorous and vitamin D in it. 3. The actin and myosin just bend/ lean with the contraction keeping its length 4. When we get a electrical charge the sarc. Reticulum releases calcium to start the process. 5. Rigor mortis happens when you die and stop producing ATP so ur muscles stay contracted
