INSTALLATION GUIDE

Product: Master Fuel Control System (MasterFCS) Motorcycle models: Yamaha FZ-150i and V-ixion
After installation, please refer to the MasterFCS TABLE SETTINGS guide to configure your MasterFCS with correct settings for your bike configuration.

WARNING!
1. MasterFCS may be damaged by static electricity discharge. Please ensure you discharge any static electricity by grounding yourself and your motorcycle before handling and installation of the MasterFCS. 2. MasterFCS is designed and tested for use on a Yamaha FZ150i or V-ixion with NO other electrical/electronic modifications. Any other electrical or electronic modifications including installation of aftermarket meter panels will void the warranty of your MasterFCS.

PART LABELS

INSTALLATION STEPS 1. Engine must be off. Key must be in OFF position. Remove the seat. Locate the ECU on the right hand side of the bike.

2. Unplug the ECU from its socket.

3. Plug in the PnP adaptor into the ECU socket.

4. Plug the ECU into the PnP adaptor. DO NOT BEND the blue and white wires on the PnP adaptor!

6. Turn key to ON position. The Power light (always on) should be visible in the center of the MasterFCS, while the Status light (blinking) should be visible near the USB port. When the engine is off, the Status light blinks a number of times and stops, repeatedly. Start the engine and check that the Status light blinks constantly. Turn the key back to the OFF position.

7. Prepare the MasterFCS for mounting on the frame as shown below

8. Tie down the MasterFCS to the frame next to the "AMARAN" sign. Please ensure the vibration absorber is placed in between the MasterFCS and the frame as shown in the picture.

9. Route the MasterFCS settings selection switch (red switch) wire UNDER the frame and tie the table switch to the protruding plastic piece as shown in the picture. Ensure switch is set to '0'.

10. Place ECU back to its original location. DO NOT BEND PnP Adaptor wires! Ensure the boost switch (black switch) is in an accessible position.

11. Installation is complete! 12. Start your engine. The blinking LED should blink continuously, indicating the MasterFCS is working correctly. 13. Please refer to the MasterFCS TABLE SETTINGS guide to select the correct setting for your bike
