Wall alongside the Abbey Road street, just outside of college.

As I want my magazine to have an urban look , this place is perfect because it shows that we are in a town and matches the genre.

Access issues: Not really any permission needed but if its a busy time of day I might be difficult to get a photograph there, as you cant move people out he way.

Lighting issues: As we are using day light we need to get a decent range of photos a relatively the same time so the pictures are continuous.

Not so much a hazard but it will cause noise and people in the pictures wont look professional. So we need to pick the right time to take the picture. What is the likelihood of this happening? Very likely as we are in a public place and people will be walking around all the time. How much harm? No harm Apply the following priorities, how will this risk be managed (provide detail)?
