What We Think about an Organisation. In general sense " a structure of any organisation resembles a pyramid " . The base of a pyramid represents Level 1 of workers who are directly involved in base level tasks of an organisation. Largest number of employees in an organisation are in level 1 category. )tructure of organisation which is described above in a shape of a *+angaroo, can be considered as a *balanced structure,. -ut such *+angaroo, is full of disparities .ust because of role played by the opportunists . (ue to this people contributing to the key values of an organisation are least acknowledged . Where is the Problem then ? &anagement people made a popular concept of post/rad degree of &anagement.)uch (egree courses turns out to be the game changers in the business fraternity . These $ost/rad (egree 0ourses became a business model for various organisation. This model is a business model and had nothing to dealt with the knowledge. 1s a result more and more business people were available for low level .obs .school level education for management studies is not available . this fact is overlooked by the management . -usinessman applied similar model for the other technical studies .hence &ore number of unemployed &anagement ! Technical staff is a result . Now the Information2age has brought the revolution and knowlege is available on the finger taps. +nowlege can be used to build correct business models for an organisation .-ecause Information is available to everyone" 'rganisations are overlooking innovations and knowledge .
