2 1 Photograph in white background (45mm hight * 35 mm wide)
3 Visa fee about Rs12,350 (carry in cash)
4 Passport valid for at least 6 months, with available “visa' pages (original and photocopy of the first and the last page)
a Attach your old passports if available
5 Original Unconditional Offer Visa Letter from the university
6 Evidence of ability to pay for course including (Financial Documents)
A* Education Loan- letter should not be more than a month old from the day of filing,preferably less than a week
B* Original bank statement or passbooks covering not more than 1 month
C* Fixed Deposit copy and the Letter form the bank with the details (format)
D* All ORIGINAL Educational certificates from 10th std to date
E* Evidence of English Language qualification (IELTS/TOEFL) ORIGINALS
* NOTE
1 All the financial documents(savings account, fixed Deposit and loan SHOULD BE in the name of the STUDENT or a JOINT ACCOUNT
2 All documents from the bank should be on the letter head, with address,phone numbers,
LOGO (not a stamp but on the original letter or statement), with seal and signature
3 Students must apply for the visa atleast 4-6 weeks before the course start
