http://www.theproblemsite.com/ This site has many games and other activities that develop problem solving skills.

http://nrich.maths.org/public/ This site changes its focus of math problem solving monthly. The current month is a combination of art and math. It has a variety of challenges. Some require you to use materials such as paper, paint, etc.

http://www.fi.edu/school/math2/sept.html This site is rated for middle school students, but students in the grades 3-5 will be able to solve them. They are open end problems. The problems are arranged in 6 specific strands of math: Number theory, measurement, geometry, algebra, patterns, functions, data, statistics, probability, and grab bag.

Students must write their problems out and they can then check them for accuracy. These problems are applicable for the A/T math students. There are various levels of problems that would challenge students. http://thesingaporemaths.com/stratf.html For more problem solving practice have students try this site. Students do have to solve on paper and then check by clicking on the screen. Only one step is revealed at a time. This will help students who need help getting started.
