Fundamentals of Effective Communication


The goal of this training is to enhance the understanding of the best communication practices between various levels of employees.

Performance Based Objectives Each employee will demonstrate methods of communication based on certain scenarios given in class and class discussions. Each employee will learn and apply various methods of communication in addition to improve individual communication skills for use within the workplace.

Setting/Audience/Delivery
Face-to-Face Employees in a corporate office environment Face-to-Face and Online Modalities will be delivered to a group of approximately 15 to 20 employees at a time.

Summative Assessment
Employees will complete a summative evaluation that he or she will answer questions that consist of multiple-choice and yes/no answer questions.

Instructional Strategies
Interactive lecture method
Classroom simulations Reflection questions Group discussions Videos Exit survey will follow a 15-20 minute lecture provided by the facilitator.

Teacher observation (question and answer) Group activities Quizzes Individual Final Assessment Various Parts of the Instructional Strategy
