October 8, 2013 To: Tellers Re: Problems fixed concerning bounced checks The IT department has reviewed the

reports concerning the new system bouncing checks, while analyzing the new data we have found a solution to fix the glitches of the program. Our goal is to provide you with a program that makes your job easier. Thank you for your patience as we have corrected this problem. After reading the reports of the malfunctions of this new program, our team completed a thorough analysis of the software. Our examination showed a problem concerning the consolidate/merge screen and the icon that completes the step. The team noticed that the consolidate/merge screen has not be consistently appearing and that the icon needed to be enlarged and put in a more prominent area. The IT department has fixed these issues and the system is once again up and running.
