In Ghu an !agar and nearb# areas, there are several Gurudwaras, whi%h use loudspea$er at ver# high volu e starting at ' a in the orning. 3lso, so e is%reants light fire%ra%$ers during the prabhat0 pheri ,religious pro%essing in earl# orning hours- whi%h adds to the noise during the earl# hours. In a bi4arre fashion, the new trend of using 5ouspea$er on ri$shaw during phabhat0pheri, is a$ing it diffi%ult for the residents to get ade)uate sleep. I have %o plained to the lo%al poli%e station in the past, but the# have as$ed e to file an appli%ation with higher offi%ials so that the# %an ta$e appropriate a%tion in this %ase.
