    Exit Plan Upon completion, the Project Manager will delicately identify all possible outcomes of the project.

    This task will be performed to ensure that all potential risks associated with the project are eliminatedor to make certain that their impacts will serve no ruination. If additional risks are discoveredthey will be thoroughly documented, and incorporated in the Risk Reduction Consideration segment of this plan. Consequently, any outcomes identified requiring ongoing supportwill be used in concomitance to develop a Continuance/Sustainability Plan. Continuance/Sustainability Plan For this project, a Continuance/Sustainability Plan will be required to ensure that the required duties to sustain ongoing operations of the database are in place. All ongoing outputs identified should be noted during the development process, and assessed during the projects close out to determine if continuing support would be necessary.
