Song Writing
Describe the 4 ways of dividing regions by writing
new verses to a song.
The song lyrics should be put to the tune of This Land is
Your Land, America the Beautiful, or another patriotic song. Students will need to include at least 3 of the 4 ways of dividing a
region that we discussed. Students will need to write at least two verses to be considered complete

Students will have 5 minutes to complete this task Students will work in pairs or groups of three Students will be graded on completion and using 3 ways of
dividing.
