A job application letter or cover letter, is a document sent with your CV / resume to provide additional information on your skills and experience when you applying for jobs.

Length: No more than one page long.


Format: Single-spaced with a space between each paragraph and use standard alignment for most documents. Font: Use Times New Roman, Arial, or Calibri. The font size should be between 10 and 12 points. Language: Avoid slang or technical jargon
