Any correspondence should be sent to the same address listed on the original order. I purchased the Business Platinum phone system for my company on November 7, 2013. After the initial test of the system, I found that one of the sixteen phones did not work. The phone was tested in multiple offices and failed to work each time. The manufacturer warranty states that the phone is covered up to one year. Please initiate the return process in a timely manner, because the phone system is scheduled to auto-link to our international offices on Monday, December 2, 2013.
