Open-Minded, Mentoring, and Energetic person. When thin! of home, thin! of a place that is bright and inviting, a place that has been lived in and has e"perienced both ups-and-do#ns. With its e"periences, a home is able to shed light upon others. believe supervisors should e"hibit these $ualities, along #ith the trait of respect. %nli!e a house that may be un!empt or uncared for, people treat homes #ith respect, !eep them clean, and attempt to cultivate an en&oyable living environment #ithin their bounds. ' home does not put up barriers and #alls but rather is approachable. Homes are sub&ect to change #ith the needs of the family inhabiting them, &ust as a supervisor must adapt to its community (faculty, staff, teachers, and parents). *upervisors should act as agents of change and #elcome ne# advances that #ill ma!e the community gro# and prosper. ' supervisor should be a life-long learner and should be able to collaborate #ith others to promote these successful changes. +ust as people are intrigued by #ell-designed and organi,ed homes, supervisors should aim to lead by e"ample and influence others around them to #ant to improve their teaching practices in order to promote the most effective learning environments for student gro#th.
