We schedule all national holidays on the day designated by co!!on business practice# In order to <ualify for holiday pay* you !ust wor( the scheduled wor(day i!!ediately before and after the holiday# Only excused absences will be considered exceptions to this policy# Bou are not eligible to receive holiday pay when you are on a leave of absence#

6eaves ach Associate is eligible for ":#:) leaves per annu!# 1or all the eligible Associates* leave crediting would be done every !onth* proportionately for the services they have co!pleted in the Co!pany with respect to the previous calendar !onth# 1or calculation purposes* any service of "3 days or !ore in a calendar !onth will be treated as one !onth of co!pleted service# The entire leave <uantu! is categori?ed* as NPaid 9eave i#e# there is no category of casual leave= sic( leave= Privilege 9eave# Intervening &olidays or wee(ly offs during the leave period will not be included as leave for calculation of leave availed# Any wee(ends=intervening holidays that is falling between two loss of pay L9OPM days that are not paid for* would beco!e part of the 9OP# The leave can be availed for any absence for a day in full or half* or in !ultiples of the sa!e# Additional 6eaves4 <:= Maternit$ 6eave 9ady Associates who are pregnant are eligible for !aternity leave for a total period of :$ days* overlapping with the delivery date# These :$ days are inclusive of intervening wee(ly offs and holidays# <:< %aternit$ 6eave A !ale Associate* on beco!ing a father would be eligible for a Paternity 9eave of 0 days* overlapping with the delivery period# -uch leave shall be continues# Bereave ent 6eave The facility of additional leave for a period of 3 wor(ing days is provided to the Associates in the event of any bereave!ent of an i!!ediate fa!ily !e!ber# I!!ediate fa!ily for the purposes of this policy covers -pouse and children of self# Additional leave cannot be accu!ulated or encashed# This can be availed in full or part within ) !onths of bereave!ent# Co )ensator$ 6eave ; Co )ensator$ Off At ti!es* Associates !ay be expected to wor( on a holiday# A co!pensatory leave would be provided in lieu of the sa!e# This Co!pensatory off should be availed in consultation with the reporting !anager# An Associate can carry forward co!pensatory off to a !axi!u! of 0 leaves per year# Otili?ation of Co!pensatory leave beyond 4 !onths can be approved by Associates i!!ediate supervisor# It will be the responsibility of the Associates to !aintain and (eep a record of co!pensatory leaves generated and utili?ed and get it approved by the reporting ,anager#
