1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this activity class? It is necessary to exercising because I can relief my stress and avoid gaining weight. lso it is im!ortant to have a routine where you feel well. I learned the im!ortance to have a balance diet with the activity. I know in this moment how I can do exercise. I hated to run because I was a la"y woman# but in this semester I a!!reciated that I can relief my stress running.
