Not All Stories Are Classics By: Javier Negrete Jr The hardest part about composing this piece

was finding a moment of my life that would have been typical to find in a book or movie. I will admit that I even tried to shape my life story to be like a story that anyone would find in a movie. I was stuck, but I found a solution with a chuckle. My life really does not fit the description of normal nor classic. It is better off described as abstract. It only made sense to write a piece on the fact that my literacy moment was abstract as well. This piece is among the best writings of this collection for one main reason. It places detail on the fact that most students like me will not have literacy moments that were discovered on the traditional bases. It gives importance to the contemporary situation that literature is being discovered on television, and video games.
