All assessments should be typed and have an Assessment Cover Sheet which can be downloaded from the website. Students must keep copies of all work submitted. Assessments should be marked with the first 4 letters of your surname and the month and year of your residental i.e. REYN.0407 (Reynolds April 2007) All work to be posted to the following address: The Life Coaching Academy PO Box 7452 Bundall BC Bundall QLD 4217 All work should be returned completed as follows: Research Project Proposal Emailed to accreditation@lifecoachingacademy.com.au Written Assignments to be returned in one batch: Book Critique, Assessment Papers, Research Project and Summary Log Sheets should be returned in one batch: Triad log sheets & notes, Teleclass log sheets, 2 Pro Bono Coaching Testimonials, Mentor Report, Signed LCA code and LCA Terms and Conditions NLP to be returned as follows: - Guided Questions and Assessment Sheet are to be completed and submitted - Triads commence after Guided Questions and Assessment have been assessed as satisfactory. Triad Logsheet and Notes are submtted together with Teleclass Logsheet. It is highly recommended that you visit www.coachfederation.org and www.icfaustralia.com to obtain more information about the ICF and its activities particularly regarding meeting times etc which you may attend as a non member. There is a nominal fee applicable for attendance by non members.
